(2) Not applicable (3) The Minister was advised by the Community endorsed independent Chair that the original Terms of Reference for the work of the Brookdale Community Reference Group (BCRG) had proven to be unattainable by the Group as it was constituted. After many months of requests the Group failed to provide any reports of minutes of their meetings. Without such information it was not possible to gauge the effectiveness of the Group against the Terms of Reference. Advice from the Community endorsed Chairperson indicated that the Group was not ready for the work that was required to meet the Terms of Reference. (4) Not applicable (5) The sub-groups are to be reorganised to provide the BCRG with information as required. (6) Not applicable (7) No. However the information may be provided on receipt of a Freedom of Information (FOI) application due to Third Party consideration.
