(a) how many determinations have been made by DAPs to 1 March 2012;
(b) what is the average time taken to provide an applicant written notification following a decision;
(c) what is the longest time taken to provide an applicant written notification following a decision;
(d) what is the shortest time taken to provide an applicant written notification following a decision; and
(e) what is the median time taken to provide an applicant written notification following a decision?
