(a) what was the annual expenditure on corporate hospitality; and
(b) if this corporate hospitality included the hiring of a corporate box (or a similar facility):

(ii) what was the cost;
(iii) how many people attended as guests of the agency; and
(iv) of these guests, how many were agency officers?

(a) The expenditure on corporate hospitality by Western Power was as follows:
2008/09 $73,694
2009/10 $41,811
2010/11 $39,329

(b) The specific events, the related costs and attendees are as follows:
West Coast Eagles and Fremantle Dockers games played at Subiaco oval during the 2009 AFL season. Total cost (including catering) of $75,940 (cost of corporate boxes incurred in 2008/09, catering incurred in both 2008/09 and 2009/10). 111 guests (of whom 56 were agency officers) attended 10 of the 22 games. No information is available on the attendees for the remaining 12 games.
West Coast Eagles games played at Subiaco oval during the 2010 AFL season. Total cost (including catering) of $35,420 (cost of corporate box incurred in 2009/10, catering incurred in both 2009/10 and 2010/11). 57 guests (of whom 24 were agency officers) attended 6 of the 11 games. No information is available on the attendees for the remaining 5 games.
Corporate Box was hired at Subiaco Oval for Wallabies versus England rugby match on 12 June 2010. Total cost was $4,145. There were 11 guests and all were agency officers (The box was booked and paid for external hospitality however due to a late change in circumstances it was used by agency officers).
