The Department has a turnaround target of ten days for vacant properties. Currently the Department is reoccupying properties within nine days of them becoming vacant. (6)-(7) The Department of Housing has a varied mixture of individual vacant land allotments. A range of strategies are currently being pursued to fastrack Department of Housing land parcels.
