I am advised - (1) The report requisitioned by the State Mining Engineer from Boodarie Iron, under section 45 of the Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994, is currently due to be submitted on 30 November 2004. (2) Recommencement by Boodarie Iron of production from the HBI plant will be dependent upon full consideration of the recommendations and the conclusions of the report. No specific date has been set at this time.
