I refer to the Attorney General’s answer to question without notice 1011. The answer provided by the Attorney General avoided dealing with parts (2)(b), (c), (d), (e), (f) and (g). (1) Was this failure to deal with those parts - (a) an inadvertent omission on the part of Attorney General; (b) a purposeful evasion by the Attorney General; or (c) the result of some other reason; and if so, what? (2) Will the Attorney General now provide to the Parliament and the public information about his behaviour as Attorney General, as requested in the earlier question? (3) If not, how does he reconcile this refusal with the Government’s claim to provide the highest standard of openness and accountability? Hon NICK GRIFFITHS
