(2) Will the minister explain why previous commitments given by the Water Corporation to Mr Forbes to ensure that the movement of heavy vehicles on the site occur only between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm has been broken? (3) What electronic or other tracking device is used to monitor vehicular access and egress to the treatment site and does the tracking occur on a 24-hour basis seven days a week?
