95. Hon SUE ELLERY to the
parliamentary secretary representing the Minister for Health:
I refer to the Serco contract to provide services at Fiona
Stanley Hospital.
(1) For each
of the service specifications, has the Minister for Health had advice that
Serco is at risk of failing to meet the requirements in the contract?
(2) If yes to (1), which services are at risk and will the
minister table the advice?
(3) Does the
Department of Health have any reason to believe that Serco is at risk of
failing to meet any requirements in the contract?
(4) If yes to (3), please specify those reasons.
