AnswerView source ↗

I thank the honourable member for some notice of the
question. On behalf of the Minister for Mines and Petroleum, the Department of
Mines and Petroleum advises —
(1) No.
(2) The
Department of Mines and Petroleum understands that the voluntary five-kilometre
buffer zone has been arranged with the Department of Planning to assist as a
preliminary planning tool. The question should be directed to the Minister for
Planning.
