I refer to the answer
on 12 November 2025 to my question without notice 1012 that revealed that the
minister received a briefing on the operation of the exclusion process under
the School Education Act 1999 .
(1) When did this briefing occur?
(2) Did the department prepare a briefing note or
any similar documents for briefing the minister?
(3) Will the minister table those documents?
(4) If no to (3), why not?
