I refer the Premier to part (2) of the answer given by the Minister for Health to Legislative Council question without notice 482, which refers to verification by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet that the Department of Health’s information technology system cannot retrieve the full text of emails. (1) Who carried out the verification process and how was it done? (2) Will the Premier table relevant correspondence sent on 20 June from the Department of the Premier and Cabinet to the Department of Health confirming the limitation of the Department of Health’s IT system; and, if not, why not?
