I refer to the sale and redevelopment of Palm Beach Caravan Park and Camping Holiday Village, and ask: (a) has the Western Australian Planning Commission received a rezoning application in relation to the site from the City of Rockingham: (i) if yes to (a), what is the current status of that application; and (ii) if no to (a), is the Commission aware when an application might be submitted and if so, when; and (b) is the Commission or the Minister aware of any other recent issues in relation to the site's rezoning and if so, what are those issues?
