What Commonwealth funding has been provided to the Department of Water, including both direct grants and Commonwealth money received via another agency, for the period 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2010, and particularly:
(a) the name of the grant or funding source;
(b) the purpose or use for which the funding was allocated;
(c) the amount and the allocation by financial year of each funding grant;
