I refer to the North West Coastal Highway Widening project listed on the MainRoads website under 'future projects', and I ask: (a) On what date was this project first considered by MainRoads; (b) Has a business case been commissioned for this project: (i) If no, why not and on what date will a business case be commissioned for this project; and (ii) If yes, is the business case completed; (c) On which date was the business case completed and submitted to MainRoads; (d) Has a business case been submitted to Infrastructure WA: (i) If yes, on which date was the business case submitted to Infrastructure WA; and (ii) If no, on what date will the business case be completed; (e) Does this project currently have a delivery timeline: (i) If yes, what was the original expected delivery timeline for the project; (ii) What is the current expected delivery timeline for the project; and (iii) If no, why not and when will a delivery timeline be in place for this project; and (f) Does this project currently have a total projected cost: (i) If yes, what was the original expected total cost of the project, please provide the total figure with a breakdown by line item of each item of expenditure; (ii) What is the current expected total cost of the project, please provide the total figure with a breakdown by line item of each item of expenditure; (iii) Please provide the total cost of the project, by line item, to present date, including but not limited to: administrative costs, advertising tender(s) costs, etc.; and (iv) If no, why not and when will the expected total cost figure of the projected be delivered?
