1297. Hon PETER COLLIER to the minister representing the
Minister for Corrective Services:
(1) Are any legal requirements or qualifications
needed for a prison officer to work in a youth custodial facility?
(2) Have any prison officers worked
within unit 18 since it was established in July 2022?
(3) If yes to (2), did the prison
officers have the qualifications referred to in (1); and, if not, why not?
