(2) Joondalup, Broome, City West, Kalgoorlie and Morley. (3) As at 7 September 2004, Joondalup, Midland, Morley, City West, Willagee, Welshpool, Kelmscott, Rockingham, Mandurah, Karratha, Bunbury, Albany and Geraldton. (4) (a- d) Planning for EFTPOS facility was an integral part of the design and implementation of the new licensing computer system (TRELIS), which was introduced on 6 July 2004. Accordingly, the introduction of EFTPOS at Licensing Centres is directly linked to the introduction of TRELIS. As each of the Department's 15 Licensing Centres convert to TRELIS they gain the ability to accept payments by EFTPOS. (5) Since 6 July 2004, 13 of the Department's 15 Licensing Centres have introduced EFTPOS facility, with the remaining 2 (Kalgoorlie and Broome) providing the EFTPOS payment option from 13 and 20 September 2004, respectively.
