(3) Did the study recommend that an advisory speed system be installed along Leach Highway?
(4) Has this system been installed?

(2) September 1998. (3) No. However, the report's conclusions listed a number of short and long term options suitable for future implementation, one of which was 'advisory speed systems'. (4) No. (5) No. The final report made a preliminary recommendation that grade separation be provided at the Stock Road/Leach Highway intersection but it was not one of the report's final recommendations. (6) No. (7) Not applicable. All of these issues will be examined as part of the Metropolitan Freight Review in the second half of this year.
