amendment bill received permission to draft and/or print; and, if so, when were
these permissions provided?

Minister for Environment representing the Minister for Planning, I provide
the following response.
(1) The intent of the proposed round 2 amendments to
the Planning and Development Act 2005 is to implement the planning
reform initiatives from the government's action plan for planning reform
that were not addressed by the Planning and Development Amendment Act 2020.
(2)–(4) The government will
not be introducing new legislation prior to the end of this year.
