(1) Yes. (2) Annual progress reporting commenced following the release of Implementing the Perth Air Quality Management Plan (June 2002). The first annual progress report included programs commenced prior to June 2002 (Progress Report to June 2002) – Attachment 1. A progress report for July 2002 to June 2003 (Progress Report to June 2003) has been released – Attachment 2. I now seek leave to table these reports. (3) Not applicable. (4) Yes. (5) The Air Quality Coordinating Committee (ACCC) met twice in 2001 (28 February 2001 and 14 December 2001), twice in 2002 (19 April 2002 and 6 November 2002) and three times in 2003 (11 August 2003; 22 September 2003 and 3 November 2003). (6) A meeting was held on 17 May 2004. Three future meetings have been scheduled for the remainder of 2004. (7) The current members of the ACCC are: Fred Tromp (Department of Environment); Mark Feldwick (Department of Health); Shelley Liddelow (Sustainable Energy Development Office); Rick Sneeuwjagt (Department of Conservation and Land Management); Anthony Mee (Department of Housing and Works); Robert Griffiths (Department for Planning and Infrastructure); Mary Askey (Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA); Chad Bishop (BP Refinery Kwinana); Mike Upton (Royal Automobile Club of WA); Sue Graham-Taylor and Prof. Philip Jennings (Conservation Council of WA); and Nathan Malin (WA Local Government Association).
