Railway Hotel (fmr), 75 Bayley Street, Coolgardie In March and April 2004, paid $55,000 towards conservation works (funds allocated in 2004/05) In May & June 2005, paid $37,500 towards conservation works (funds allocated in 2005/06) In November 2006, allocated $100,000 towards conservation works (2006/07 round of the HGP) Advice from the Shire of Coolgardie indicates that: An amount of $454,000 is currently being spent on conservation works to the Post Office Complex (about 75% complete and about 66% of payments made). It is anticipated these works will be completed by the end of June 2007. An amount of $129,000 is currently being spent on conservation works to the Roads Board Building/Coolgardie Town Hall (about 25% complete and 25% payments made). These works may not be completed by the end of June 2007.
