(a) [See tabled paper no.]
(b) [See tabled paper no.]
(c) - (d) Where the member refers to 'faster' local decision making, it is assumed she means 'foster' local decision making, which is a priority in the DRD strategic plan.
All projects and programs that are funded through Royalties for Regions involve local consultation processes, however, the final decision to fund a project or program is made by State Cabinet.
(e) It is too early to realise the impact of projects implemented in the South West region.
