I refer to the Minister's answer to question on notice 603 in relation to a government-wide criteria or Made in WA, and the Minister's answer that "The criteria is set out in the Western Australian Industry Participation Strategy which applies to all State Agencies and all forms of procurement", and I ask: (a) is the Minister able to confirm that this Western Australian Industry Participation Strategy contains no set minimum percentage of "local content" in order for a project to achieve "Made in WA" status; and (b) if no to (a), what is the percentage requirement?
