(2) - (3) Staff interests can encompass a wide spectrum of matters including:
· private employment;
· private and public shareholdings;
· pecuniary interests;
· recruitment declarations; and
· procurement declarations
Given the diverse nature of these matters, there is not one central register to capture these matters. To gather this information, especially over a number of years, would be a significant impost on the staff resources in the Department.

(6) The parking spaces are located at 151 Royal Street, East Perth. As part of the building lease arrangement the Department of Aboriginal Affairs pays a fee of $148,863 per annum for the parking spaces. This is a fixed annual cost and is not based on usage.

(11) Members declare any interests that they have prior to consideration of matters at Aboriginal Cultural Material Committee meetings as and when required.
