I refer to the Government’s media statement titled “World-class Perth Park to deliver major boost to WA’s economy” published on 23 November 2025, and to the Perth Park – Business Case Summary prepared by ACIL Allen in November 2025, which together describe Perth Park as a $217.5 million project delivering an outdoor amphitheatre, multi-use track, multi-use building, urban forest and landscaping, new community facilities, and improved transport connections to Optus Stadium and the wider precinct, and I ask: (a) Will the Minister provide a detailed capital cost breakdown of the $217.5 million project budget, both exclusive and inclusive of contingency and escalation, itemised at a minimum into the following components: (i) outdoor amphitheatre (including stage, seating, back-of-house, production and sound infrastructure); (ii) multi-use track (including pavement, kerbs, safety barriers, fencing, lighting, pits and motorsport-specific works); (iii) multi-use building (including event and function facilities, meeting spaces and indoor sports courts); (iv) urban forest and broader landscaping, including the planned up to 150,000 new plants and associated irrigation and soil works; (v) new and upgraded community facilities and active recreation infrastructure; (vi) transport and connectivity works (including pedestrian and cycling connections to Optus Stadium and public transport, access ways, and parking changes within the precinct); (vii) utilities, services relocations, ground remediation and other enabling works; (viii) design, project management, client representation, approvals and probity costs; and (ix) explicit contingency and risk allowances; and (b) As at the date of this question: (i) how much of the $217.5 million has been contractually committed; (ii) to which contractors or consultants; and (iii) how much remains uncommitted or held as contingency?
