Further to question without notice 165 of 18 September 2002 - (1) Has the minister now read the cumulative risk report and does he intend to table it; and, if not, why not? (2) Has the member for Peel now asked for this report to be tabled and for an inquiry to be held in relation to the report? (3) Has the minister discussed the report with, or revealed its content to, the member for Peel? (4) Is the minister concerned at the content of the report; and. if so, why is he not making his concerns known to the community that is affected by the risk levels? Hon KEN TRAVERS

I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1) The Minister for State Development advises that he has read the report and is still considering whether to release it. (2) The member for Peel raised a grievance with the Minister for State Development on Thursday, 7 November and Hansard records what the member for Peel said. (3) The minister has discussed the report with the member for Peel. (4) The minister is still seeking to clarify certain issues in the report.  Once these matters are clarified, he will be in a position to consider releasing the report.
