I refer to the Minister's answer to Question on Notice 3893, and I ask: (a) noting that the answer stated "thirty six apprentices were required to be employed by the contractor", can the Minister clarify whether this statement refers to the requirements imposed on the contractor or a confirmation that the contractor has in fact employed that number of apprentices; and (b) what is the actual number of apprentices employed by the contractor for this project?
