(1) I refer to the previous Government’s commitment to allow the Busselton Water Board to give discounts to pensioners living in rental accommodation and ask will this commitment be honoured by this Government?
(2) If yes, when is legislation likely to be introduced that would allow the Busselton Water Board to provide discounts to pensioners living in rental accommodation?
(3) If no, why are Busselton pensioners being discriminated against?

I am not aware of the previous Government giving any such commitment. I invite the member to give me full particulars of the alleged commitment including when it was made, by whom it was made, the budgetary provision and what consultation took place if any with the Board and other relevant people.
