(d) Osborne Park Community Mental Health Clinic;
(e) Subiaco Adult Community Mental Health Clinic; and

(2) For each of the clinics listed in (1), can the Minister advise of the number of staff by position located at each of the listed clinics for the following periods:
(a) 2013-14;
(b) 2012-13; and
(c) 2011-12?
(3) What is the average patient case load for each case worker located at each of the listed clinics for each of the following periods:
