The question I have has slightly different wording than the one just read out.  I think the answer still answers the question. The PRESIDENT:  If it is a lengthy response, given the number of areas involved, the parliamentary secretary might seek leave to table the document and incorporate it in Hansard . Hon SUE ELLERY:  No, it is not that lengthy. I thank the member for some notice of this question. (1)-(2) The following information is provided on the contractual status of the projects outlined above - · independent living and supported accommodation - the outcome of the tender for the independent living program is currently under consideration; · community options 100 - a tender for implementation of the community options 100 program by non-government accommodation provider(s) will be advertised shortly; · post natal depression - the North Metropolitan Mental Health Service has received funding to implement and progress a state coordination service; · children of parents with mental illness - the tender will be progressed for services to commence late 2003-04 with full implementation in 2004-05; · mental health consumer advocacy - a contract is being prepared for signing with services to commence in 2003-04; · multi-systemic therapy (MST) - planning is under way for implementation through South Metropolitan Mental Health Services and therefore no contract with a non-government organisation is required · state homelessness taskforce - planning is under way for implementation in 2004-05 through the South Metropolitan Mental Health Services and, therefore, no contract with a non-government organisation is required.  A tender process is in progress to select a consultant to quantify the population of people with mental illness who are homeless and to define their support requirements.
