The printed copy of the 2005-2006 Annual Report of the Information Commissioner comprises at page 75 Table 12 "Requests Received by Agencies". The 2005-2006 Annual Report does not refer at page 75 to the use of exemption clause 3 from Schedule 1 of the
Freedom of Information Act 1992
. The Member may be referring to page 75 of the 2004-2005 Annual Report of the Information Commissioner, where the printed copy of that Annual Report refers in column 3 of Table 14 to the figure of 194 as the total number of times that Government agencies used exemption clause 3 from Schedule 1 of the Act. That figure is not correct. The correct figure is 1949. The last digit appeared on the electronic version of the Annual Report before it was converted to pdf format for printing but does not appear on the printed version, as the column width of column 3 was truncated when the table was converted to .pdf format.
