The Mental Health Division and mental health services in Area Health Services form part of the Department of Health and of hospitals boards which are in the Minister for Health's portfolio. Asa consequence, information concerning the Mental Health Division and mental health services is included in the answer provided in respect of the Department of Health as a whole by the Minister for Health.
The Department Of Water has provided the following response:
a) One (1).
b) Water Services Ombudsman Steering Group.
c) The group was established on 25 September 2008 and it is expected that the group will wind up towards the end of 2009, or sometime prior to the Water Services Ombudsman Scheme becoming effective on
1 July 2010.

· Position: Branch Manager, Industry Support Branch, Policy and Planning Division; Department of Water
· Employment Status: Permanent
· Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering, Masters of Business Administration, extensive experience in the water industry.

· There was no budget allocated for the Steering Group.
· While the reimbursement of travelling costs for regional members was given in principle approval by the then Director General of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, no payment has been made to date for the regional members. The Committee has met on one occasion.

h) Nil, dependent on application for reimbursement of travel costs.
