PLANNING — DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS
1262. Hon BEN DAWKINS to the minister representing the
Minister for Planning:
I
refer to the number of requests for representation from aggrieved persons, as
per the provisions of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
(1) How many
requests for representation from aggrieved persons have been made in each calendar
year since 2017 to date under section 211(1)(a) of the Planning and Development
Act 2005?
(2) How many
requests for representation did the minister determine not to take any action
on, as per the provisions of section 211(2) of the act?
(3) How many
requests for representation, as per the provisions of section 211(1)(a), were
referred to the State Administrative Tribunal by the minister?
