Minister for Aboriginal Affairs:
I refer to question without notice 795 asked on 19 November
2013 regarding asbestos in derelict buildings in the Wangkatjungka community.
(1) Has the minister investigated the issue?
(2) What action has been taken to remedy the situation?
(3) If no to
(1), will the minister undertake to investigate the matter and provide a
response to the house before Parliament rises for the year?

I am aware of it. Following the member's question, I asked for some
information. Nothing has been forthcoming at this stage but, following that
prompting, I will follow it up and provide the member with a response by
