920. Hon SIMON O'BRIEN to the minister representing
the Minister for Transport:
I refer to the project to
remove level crossings on the Armadale line at Mint Street, Oats Street and
Welshpool Road and possibly others. Has a business case been prepared
for this project; and, if so, on what dates was it completed, considered by
cabinet, and submitted to the commonwealth government?

The business case for
level crossing removals was completed on 17 August 2020. It was considered by
cabinet and formally received by Infrastructure Australia on 3 September
2020.
