LAND RELEASE - STATE GOVERNMENT APPROVALS
I ask a supplementary question. The Premier indicated that property developers were failing to release land. Can he provide to this Parliament a list of property developers whom he is accusing of not releasing land? Mr A.J. CARPENTER

I said that we do not have the power to stand in property developers’ offices and force them to release them. Mr T. Buswell : Show us the names. Mr A.J. CARPENTER : I did say that there was a pattern of behaviour. The Deputy Leader of the Opposition has an unfortunate habit of misrepresenting what is said. We do not control the speed at which property developers release land onto the market. I am grateful for the interjection because it reinforced what I had to say about the questioner in the first place.
