644. Hon SAMANTHA ROWE to the Minister
for Housing:
(1) What are the most current
figures for the occupancy of —
(a) South Hedland's Osprey
Village;
(b) South Hedland's Cottier
Apartments; and
(c) dwellings associated with the
Hedland 125 house service worker intervention package?
(2) What was the date of the most
recent valuation of Osprey Village and what was that valuation?
(3) When is the next valuation of
Osprey Village anticipated to be undertaken?

I thank the member for some notice
of the question.
(1) (a) As at 24 June 2016, 123 of
293 units were occupied;
(b) as at 29 June 2016, 37 of 44
apartments were occupied; and
(c) as at 30 May 2016, 10 of 125
dwellings were occupied.
(2) On 1 July
2015 the Valuer-General advised that the book valuation for dwellings and
improvements for Osprey Village was $51.335 million.
(3) It will be undertaken in July
2016.
