I refer to birth statistics in the South West region, and ask: (a) in each 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 to date, how many women: (i) gave birth at each hospital located in the South West region; (ii) were transferred from a South West hospital to the Bunbury Regional hospital to give birth, and why; and (iii) living in the South West were transferred to Perth to give birth, and why?
