With reference to the key performance indicators (KPI) under the head contractor model of Homeswest housing maintenance for jobs to be completed within required time frames, I ask:
(a) what was the KPI for emergency work by region in 2010-11, and as at 29 February 2012;
(b) what was the KPI for priority work by region in 2010-11, and as at 29 February 2012;
(c) What was the KPI for routine work by region in 2010-11, and as at 29 February 2012; and
(d) What was the total compliance across all KPI areas by region in 2010-11, and as at 29 February 2012?
