(1) Can the Minister explain why his departmental officers assessed the Notice of Intent titled ‘Sitewide Water Supply Rationalization dated September 1991’ and made recommendations concerning L26/181 and M26/353?
(2) If not, why not?
(3) Can the Minister explain why the Department and Minister imposed a tenement condition on Mining Lease 26/353 concerning the Notice of Intent titled ‘Sitewide Water Supply Rationalization dated September 1991’?
(4) If not, why not?
(5) Do the tenement holders of M26/353 and L26/181 have to comply with the tenement conditions imposed on each tenement?
(6) If so, why?

(1) Each notice of intent that is lodged for a proposed mining operation is assessed by the Department to ensure that the environmental impacts of the operation are properly managed. To achieve that end, the assessment process may result in the imposition of additional conditions on the mining tenements comprising the project. (2) Not applicable.
