I refer to the Premier's media statement of 14 March 2012 and the 11 trade offices in eight countries, and I ask:
(a) where are each of the 11 offices located; and
(b) for each of the 11 offices:
(i) how many staff work in the office;
(ii) for each staff member:
(A) are they full-time or part-time;
(B) are they locally employed or expatriate Australian; and
(C) what agency employs them; and
(iii) what is the total annual operating budget for the office, including all costs from all Western Australian Government agencies?

The media statement of 14 March 2012 included the Malaysian trade office which has since closed in June 2012. There are now 10 trade offices across 8 countries.
Department of the Premier and Cabinet advises

Note: The operating costs for the North Asia Office are abnormally high due to once off costs in 2011-12 associated with the relocation of the office accommodation and the payment of accommodation bonds. It will be offset in 2012-13 by the return of an abnormal amount representing the bond from former accommodation.
