(1) Was the minister or anybody in his office
informed that Hon Kyle McGinn MLC was taking leave in 2024 or 2025 and, if yes,
on what date?
(2) Was the minister or anybody in his office informed
by Hon Kyle McGinn that he had returned from leave in 2024 or 2025 and, if yes,
on what date?
(3) Was the minister or anybody in his office
aware that Hon Kyle McGinn MLC was travelling to Washington?
(4) If yes to (3):
(a) who was informed;
(b) when were they informed; and
(c) how were they informed?
