I refer to the answer to question without notice 965 in which advice is provided that there have been 46 reported incidents involving physical threats against Department officers, and ask -
(1) How often did Mr Robert Bropho make physical threats against Departmental Officers in the last 12 months?
(2) In respect to the 46 incidents, were any of the threatening individuals involved more than once?
(3) If so, will the Minister provide details?
(4) In respect to each of the 46 incidents, was the person involved in making threats evicted from his/her property?
(5) If so, what are the details in each case?
(6) In respect to the 46 incidents, did any of the officers subjected to physical threats take stress leave?
(7) If so, what are the details in each case?

(1) Incident report forms do not require the identification of client/individuals involved. Officers however will at times identify a client/resident. There was one known incident involving Mr Bropho in the last 12 months.

(7) Incident 3 – Client produced knife at office making threats to kill. Officer suffered minor knife wounds.
