arrangements in respect of the leadership of the agency?

some notice of the question. The following answer has been provided to me by
the Attorney General.
(1) Ms Kylie Maj
is the acting director general. Ms Maj's substantive position is deputy
director general of strategic reform, Department of Justice.
(2) The selection process is
currently being untaken by the Public Sector Commission.
