I refer to projects funded by the Road Trauma Trust Fund (RTTF), and ask:
(a) how much was spent on events by the Office of Road Safety (ORS) from the RTTF in 2009-10 and 2010-11; and
(i) will the Treasurer provide a list of each event; and
(ii) for each event will the Treasurer provide, the individual cost, the organiser of the event and the benefits gained by the ORS; and
(b) can the Minister provide the amount spent from the RTTF by each Agency and Department, other than the Office of Road Safety, for the 2008-09, 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12 financial years; and
(i) In respect of (b), will the Minister provide a list of projects/events that was spent by each Agency or Department and the cost of each event; and
(c) with reference to projects funded from the RTTF in 2009-10 and 2010-11:
(i) did the ORS undertake any community attitude monitoring, and if so, what was the purpose of the monitoring;
(ii) which organisation or individual undertook the monitoring;
(iii) how much was paid for the monitoring; and
(iv) will the Minister table any report produced by the monitoring; and
(d) how much was spent from the RTTF on media related activities for 2009-10 and 2010-11; and
(i) will the Minister provide a list of each media related activity on which the ORS spent RTTF money; and
(ii) for each media related event will the Minister provide:
(A) the purpose of the event;
(B) the total cost of the event; and
(C) which organisation or individual organised the event and received payment from the RTTF; and
(e) how much was spent from the RTTF on conference related activities for 2009-10 and 2010;11; and
(i) will the Minister provide a list of each conference on which the ORS (or any other Agency or Department) spent RTTF money; and
(f) for each conference related activity will the Minister provide:
(i) the nature of the activity, including the name of the conference;
(ii) the total cost of the activity or conference; and
(iii) which organisation or individual organised the activity or conference and received payment from the RTTF; and
(g) how much was spent from the RTTF, from any Agency or Department on travel; and
(i) will the Minister provide a list of each item of travel from which RTTF money was expended; and
(ii) in respect of air travel will the Minister provide the following information:
(A) for whom was the travel for;
(B) what was the itinerary of the travel;
(C) what was the class of travel; and
(D) what was the total cost of each travel item?
