WORKPLACE AGREEMENT LAWS
I refer to the Premier’s publicly stated reservation about the national Labor Party policy to abolish the commonwealth government’s workplace agreements laws, in particular the risk to our resources sector. Will the Premier agree to reverse Labor’s decision to abolish our state’s workplace agreement laws, thus ensuring our state’s resources sector can maintain its competitive position in the global market irrespective of commonwealth laws; and, if not, why not?
