I refer to the State Government contract with Alstom in relation to C-series trains, and I ask: (a) is the contract broken up into delivery phases, for example, by number of railcars; (b) does the contract have review clauses or the ability for the State Government to reassess, or cancel, either some or all of the rollout at certain stages, or is the Government fully locked in to proceeding with the entire purchase order; and (c) noting the Minister has advised previously that contract details are available on the Tenders WA website, and in anticipation of a similar response, is the Minister aware that answers to the above questions will not be able to be gathered by what is available online on Tenders WA?
