I refer to the Lived Experience Advisory Group (LEAG) and formal advisory groups, and I ask: (a) what are the means of which the Minister’s office can receive and communicate with victim survivors outside of the LEAG; (b) how is confidentiality maintained when the office receives information or disclosures from victim survivors; (c) what is the average wait time for victim survivors who contact the Minister’s office to get a response; and (d) what steps are taken to engage individuals and communities not represented in the LEAG?
