In relation to the engagement of head contractors by Building Management and Works (BMW), for the delivery of the Building the Education Revolution Projects, I ask —
(1) For each head contractor that has ceased trading, as provided in question without notice No. 781 —
(a) what was the budget for each contract;
(b) what is left in the budget for each contract;
(c) what is the amount which has been kept as 'retention' for each contract for —
(i) those facilities that are certified to have met Practical Completion, and if monies have been withheld, why;
(ii) those facilities at the end of the warranty/maintenance period, and if monies have been withheld, why; and
(d) on what date was the last statutory declaration entitled 'Payment to Subcontractors' received by BMW from that Head Contractor?
(2) For each head contractor that is currently trading with the appointment of an external administrator provided in question without notice No. 815, and any others since Tuesday, 16 October 2012 —
