189. Hon SUE ELLERY to the
Leader of the House representing the Premier:
I refer to events leading to the resignation of the former
Treasurer.
(1) Was Ms
Rachael Turnseck at the former Treasurer's residence on Roberts Road,
Subiaco, at any time on Saturday, 22 February; Sunday, 23 February; or Monday,
24 February 2014?
(2) If yes to (1) —
(a) did Ms
Turnseck observe the extent of damage to the former Treasurer's ministerial
vehicle;
(b) did Ms Turnseck move anything
associated with the vehicle; and, if so, what; and
(c) did Ms Turnseck ask the
Treasurer how the vehicle was damaged; and, if not, why not?
(3) Has Ms
Turnseck contacted WA Police to offer any information or assistance to the
police in their investigation; and, if not, why not?
The PRESIDENT : I
