I refer to two letters from the Murujuga Aboriginal Corporation sent to the Attorney General on 29 April 2011 and 9 May 2011 respectively, and ask -
(1) Has the Minister received these letters?
(2) If yes to (1), on what date were these letters received?
(3) Has the Minister acknowledged receipt of these letters, or is it the Minister’s intention to do so?
(4) If yes to (3), on what date?
(5) If no to (3), why not?
(6) When can the Murujuga Aboriginal Corporation expect that the concerns and questions raised in these letters will be addressed?
(7) If the answer to (6) is not within one month, why not?
